JEPCO: Jordan Electric Power Company is sole distributor of electricity power for Amman, Zarka, Madaba, and Salt. JEPCO had a huge legacy information system that was built on Oracle 6 database, and Oracle Forms 3.

o Carrying out programming and testing on the company’s legacy information system
o Conducting Proof of Concept for upgrading the company’s information system and solving related problems like arabization
· Achievements
o Pilot project that demonstrate the best approach to upgrade the information system
o Integrate the Measurement system with a new Measurement machine
o Implemented a design study/ design for a new system that handles client-complaints by phone, and integrated the complaint system with the internal Information System
